This year, the holiday period in China spans from February 4th to the 16th. Please note that some factories may only resume operations on the 18th.
During this period:
- Production will be halted and will resume in the same sequence after the holidays, albeit with potential delays due to the time required for workforce re-hiring.
- Offices will intermittently check emails and process orders.
- Dispatch orders for dolls stocked in the EU/US will be processed (please allow a few days for email processing).
- We will continue to respond to your inquiries as usual! 😊
