As the Chinese New Year approaches, we would like to inform you in full transparency about upcoming factory closures and production timelines. This period is essential for factory teams, but it can also be a slightly challenging time for custom orders, especially for fully customized dolls.
That said, with proper planning, everything can still run smoothly.
📅 Factory Closure & Reopening Dates
For the 2026 Chinese New Year, factory operations will follow this schedule:
- Factory Holiday: February 5, 2026 → March 3, 2026
- Official Production Resumption: March 4, 2026
All manufacturing and factory shipping activities will resume normally from March 4, 2026.
🚚 Orders & Shipping Before the Holiday
To ensure delivery before the factory closes:
- Orders placed on or before January 13, 2026
→ Confirmed, produced, and shipped before February 2, 2026 - Orders placed after January 13, 2026
→ Scheduled for production after the holiday, processed strictly in the order received - From February 2, 2026 onward
→ Factory shipments are suspended until after the Spring Festival
🏭 Orders During the Chinese New Year Holiday
Factory Orders (Custom Dolls)
- Orders can still be placed during the holiday
- Production will restart after March 4, 2026
- All orders will be handled in chronological order
💡 Important:
This period is always a bit complex due to production shutdowns. However, if you are certain about your purchase, placing a pre-order during the holiday is actually a smart move.
➡️ Pre-ordered dolls will be among the very first produced once the factory reopens, ensuring priority in the production queue.
📦 Overseas Warehouse Orders
- Overseas warehouses remain operational during the holiday
- Shipping continues as usual
- Minor delays in handling or response times may occur
✅ Our Recommendation
If you already know which model or configuration you want:
✔️ Pre-order during the holiday
✔️ Secure priority production after reopening
✔️ Avoid the post-holiday rush and longer waiting times
We sincerely thank you for your understanding and continued trust.
Chinese New Year is a special moment for factory teams—and with the right timing, your project can move forward smoothly.
