We try our best to ship in DDP (delivery & duties paid), which means you don’t have to pay extras to receive your order. But it’s not every country & brand.

Customs Duties Worldwide

For Europe & UE

We ship every order with a prepaid service. Shipping + clearance times are usually 3 weeks for a small parcel (a Head for example), or 5 weeks for bigger dolls.

It works the same for the UE and the UK, it’s only the carrier that will change

North America

All orders are sent duty paid for the United States of America, for Canada, it’s case by case.

For the USA the shipping is around 2 weeks, with tracking updated once the parcel is cleared.

Australia

We are now able to do clearance for some brands, WM Doll, YL Doll for example. More brands will come soon. If you need this service contact us to make sure it’s available!

Canada

We cannot do the customs clearance so you will be subject to pay clearance, FedEx will handle the paperwork don’t worry.

The Government of Canada has entered into agreements with certain provinces to collect the HST at a rate of 13 or 15 percent. If you live in a participating province, you will have to pay the HST instead of the GST. Otherwise it’s GST + PST

The shipping breakdown is like this for all orders with Prepaid Duties

  • The order is shipped and a tracking number is sent to you
  • The parcel is traveling by cargo, the tracking number is not yet updated
  • The parcel is arriving at customs for clearance, at this time tracking has not yet been updated, but we can check on our end where is the parcel in the queue.
  • The parcel is cleared, the tracking number is updated and you can plan your delivery.

Custom duties

If we have no ways to ship with prepaid to your country, we will make our best to reduce the bill, and don’t worry, everything is handled by the shipping company.
