We offer a payment plan with PayPal credit. Apply to their services to be granted the Buy now pay later service. You can buy any product over 99 USD and pay in full with no interest before 6 months. Daily care

To ensure the longest lifetime of our products you can follow this very simple daily advice.

Doll’s clothes

Always wash your clothes first and for black and colored ones make sure there are no more colors fade. To put the clothes on remove the head to ease the operation. Go easy on the articulations to avoid any damage. Use powder or talcum to make the skin soft again. For storage purposes, chose a white color or no cloth at all. With time the colors can transfer to the doll especially if the clothes are new. Avoid any metallic parts on clothes, or too tight, or the TPE/Silicone will be damaged.

Maintenance

After buying a doll you might notice some oil leaking on the body or even stains. This is normal, just wipe the excess and wait for the oil to dry. Never use a hairdryer in any circumstances or the materials will be damaged and almost impossible to fix. To clean your doll use soap and warm water, basically anything you will use on your skin!. Dry with a towel and leave your doll in an open space to let her dry completely. Never use a hairdryer to speed up the process.

Eyelashes & make-up

All our dolls are receiving long-lasting make-up. As it is not permanent with time it can fade away. You can redo it by using not-too-greasy lipstick and blush. To totally remove the make-up use a mild makeup remover For eyelashes use eyelashes glue or reusable eyelashes. Never use glue such as super glue or you will both damage the doll and the eyelashes.

Test reports

Us at Realistic Love Doll we only work with reliable suppliers and trusted brands. To reflect this we will only collaborate if the factories that can prove the product safety. Here are some examples of test results conducted on both TPE and Silicone. If you need specific ones you can ask us and we will provide them on demand.

Skin safety

Our TPE and Silicone are neutral to the vast majority of skins. Because we use talcum powder for shipping, If you are allergic to it please notify us before or during the checkout. We can replace it with corn powder. If you discover any possible allergy at contact with the doll after receiving it wash it immediately and use corn powder once dry.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship by air worldwide using FedEx, DHL, or UPS. The production time is usually 2 weeks followed by a 1-week transit time. All parcels have the basic shipping marks for total discretion All orders come with a tracking number and the service is door-to-door. You can also request to pick up your parcel at the shipping company’s hub upon request.

Import tax and shipping duties

For North American customers, prices are including import taxes. For European customers, for some brands (WM Dolls, YL Doll) we have a clearance service. For other brands, you will have to pay the importing fees (usually VAT) when the product reaches Europe.  Any questions, feel free to contact us! For European customers, the shipping will be longer (3 weeks) as the clearance is done by cargo, the tracking number provided at the dispatch will update once the parcel is cleared and in the EU.

Payments

We accept payments by credit and debit cards. Bank transfer. And BTC/ETH for the cryptocurrencies. Buy now pay later is available with PayPal, as well as Paypal Credits.

Returns

All our dolls are tested before shipping and the pre-shipping checklist will avoid almost all order mistakes (we will contact you before the shipping for a final review). We will offer refunds or compensation only if the doll suffers any damages during the shipping or if the doll suffers inner conception defects (faulty skeleton). We take our customer satisfaction seriously and shipping the right product is our commitment

Order cancellations

You can cancel any time your order before the order is confirmed on your side for free. Authorization step. Once the order is confirmed we will charge the order, at this step, there is a refund fee of 5%. During the last pre-shipping checklist, the cancellation will still be available against a restocking fee of 150 USD. After your agreement to ship the order, the cancellation will not be available.
